2. Be cautious when meeting someone, NEVER agree to meet someone you just met, get to know more about them. If you decide to meet, bring a friend along and meet at a public location such as a crowded coffee shop, or busy shopping mall.

3. Carefully choose your screen name; NEVER include your real name or any part of it. Avoid screen names that will attract people you don’t want to attract, such as sExMaGnEt, or likewise which could give the wrong meaning to other users.

4. Respect others users, avoid making rude or unnecessary comments that could start a flame war. If someone provokes you, kindly ask them to stop and if they don't stop, report that user to abuse@mymissedconnection.com.

5. Safeguard your account. NEVER share your username and password with anyone.

6. When posting a missed connection ad, we suggest that you do not include you email address or any other information as a way to contact you, instead, users wishing to reply to your ad can simply click on the reply to message button.

7. When replying to an ad, please be sure that you are replying for the right reasons. Avoid replying to an ad that does not pertain to you.

8. NEVER reply to an ad just to comment on how stupid their ad is.
